Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout, you will be provided with a shipping price for your order.

Keep in mind we are unaware of your local laws and you, the customer, assume all shipping risks. Once the package leaves our hands there is nothing we can do from that point. All international mail is shipped via USPS or FedEx International. We will do our best to help in minimizing customs duties and taxes. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when bringing products into their country.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We provide you with shipping costs for the best modes of shipping at the time of checkout. Our shipping prices are based on the exact quote of major shipping companies to ship from the fulfillment warehouse(s) to your address. We do not make a profit on shipping.

How do I place an Order?

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Our system provides the convenience of ordering without an account however you will need to enter your billing and shipping information to place your order.

What sort of return policy do you offer?

At Etokra, your satisfaction is of paramount importance. For that reason, we offer a 60-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or an exchange at no cost to you. We will credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, and you must contact us via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 60 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 30 days to return the item to us.

Our Free Returns & Exchanges policy does not apply to orders being returned from Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations and APO/FPO locations, or custom-made personalized orders.

What About Shipping Costs Related To Returns?

If you decide to return an item, then you pay the shipping cost.

The money-back guarantee applies to the cost of the actual product, so the original shipping price you paid will not be refunded*. However, you WILL be reimbursed for the return shipping cost.

* Items purchased originally with free shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

I’m an international customer and my item didn’t make it through customs. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, in the above situation, we are not able to refund, if the package is lost then we will file a claim with the carrier and reship you another. If a package is refused or not cleared through customs by you, then we can not issue the refund as we have already incurred all product and shipping costs and have no way to receive back the package. In this case, packages are abandoned by you and not our responsibility.

How Do I Track My Order?

Each order comes with a customized tracking code, which will be emailed to you once your order ships and will allow you to track your order progress. You may also use the Order Tracking link above to track your order.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Replacement Or Refund?

You should receive your replacement within 1-2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most replacements will be applied faster.

This period consists of the transit time of the item being returned to us (5 to 10 days), the time it takes to process the return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)
